Boarding for the Marina Grande - Blue Grotto itinerary is at pier 23 of the port of Capri (Banchinella pier) for transport by motorboat from the port of Marina Grande to the Blue Grotto and back + a stop to visit the Blue Grotto. In high season, if the wait for the Blue Grotto visit is more than 45 minutes, the on-board staff may return to the port early, in which case the ticket can be reused on subsequent departures to the Blue Grotto.
The ticket is valid as a travel document.
For safety reasons, dogs are not allowed on board.

The voucher or travel documents/tickets, once issued, are not refundable. The bearer is entitled to maritime services, as listed above. In case of cancelled services due to bad weather, another service will be offered as a replacement. No refunds will be given. The visit to the Blue Grotto is optional. On arrival at the Blue Grotto, rowing boats and entrance fees are to be paid directly to the local companies. These costs are not included in our services. If the waiting time to enter the Grotto exceeds 45 minutes, our vessel will return to the departure point. Passengers are entitled to use the same ticket on the next appropriate departure. We cannot be held responsible for denied access to the Grotto. The ticket for the journey is not refundable, with or without the tour of the island/to or from the Grotto, in case it’s not possible to visit due to circumstances beyond our control.
