The voucher or travel documents/tickets, once issued, are not refundable. The bearer is entitled to maritime services, as listed above. In case of cancelled services due to bad weather, another service will be offered as a replacement. No refunds will be given. The visit to the Blue Grotto is optional. On arrival at the Blue Grotto, rowing boats and entrance fees are to be paid directly to the local companies. These costs are not included in our services. If the waiting time to enter the Grotto exceeds 45 minutes, our vessel will return to the departure point. Passengers are entitled to use the same ticket on the next appropriate departure. We cannot be held responsible for denied access to the Grotto. The ticket for the journey is not refundable, with or without the tour of the island/to or from the Grotto, in case it’s not possible to visit due to circumstances beyond our control.

The Laser Capri ticket office is located at the port of Marina Grande, on Capri, at pier (molo) 23, just steps from the pier where ferries and hydrofoils dock.
Reservations can be made directly on this website. We advise you to book in advance, especially during the high season, but you can also buy tickets directly on site.

The transport includes a stop at the Blue Grotto, where you'll disembark our boat and board one of the small rowboats that enter the cave. The entry ticket costs €18.
The transport duration varies depending on the chosen package, but it generally lasts about two hours.
During the stop, passengers can decide whether to visit the Blue Grotto. The wait to enter can be long during the high season, so patience is advised.
Entrance to the Blue Grotto is permitted only on small rowboats, there are no age or weight limits. Boatmen assist passengers with reduced mobility to board and disembark the rowboat.
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before departure without penalty. After this deadline, the transport is non-refundable. Transport is always refundable in case of cancellation due to bad weather or rough seas. No refunds are provided in the event the Blue Grotto is closed.
Laser Capri follows all maritime safety regulations. The boats are equipped with life jackets for adults and children and weather conditions are constantly monitored to ensure safety on board.
Our staff is available to help all passengers with reduced mobility in the boarding and disembarking procedures. There is also assistance for the visit to the Blue Grotto.
