The entrance ticket to the Blue Grotto which must be paid on site. The Blue Grotto is a museum and the visit is carried out by a rowboat service with the authorized company.

During high season, you don't have to respect the timetable of your reservation; you can arrive at the meeting point and depart on the first available boat within 3 days before and after your booking date. During mid- and low-season, your booking is valid only for the day and time booked.
The meeting point for boarding is at pier 23 of the port of Capri (Banchinella pier). The transport around the island lasts approximately 1 hour + the stop to visit the Blue Grotto. In the high season months, if the wait for the visit to the Blue Grotto is more than 45 minutes, the on-board staff may return to the port early, in this case the ticket can be reused on subsequent departures to the Blue Grotto.
The ticket is valid as a travel document.
If the sea is rough or there are strong winds, the Blue Grotto remains closed. Weather conditions can change during the day and the cave could be closed and then reopened or vice versa. Therefore, we cannot guarantee access to the cave with certainty.
General conditions of sale:
The voucher or travel documents/tickets, once issued, are not refundable. The bearer is entitled to maritime services, as listed above. In case of cancelled services due to bad weather, another service will be offered as a replacement. No refunds will be given. The visit to the Blue Grotto is optional. On arrival at the Blue Grotto, rowing boats and entrance fees are to be paid directly to the local companies. These costs are not included in our services. If the waiting time to enter the Grotto exceeds 45 minutes, our vessel will return to the departure point. Passengers are entitled to use the same ticket on the next appropriate departure. We cannot be held responsible for denied access to the Grotto. The ticket for the journey is not refundable, with or without the tour of the island/to or from the Grotto, in case it’s not possible to visit due to circumstances beyond our control.
